We ship throughout the UK and plan to ship to other countries in the near future. We currently do not ship to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.
All our postage is through Royal Mail and the prices are shown below:
- £1.50 – All orders up to £6.00, delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class.
- £3.95 – All orders over £6.00, delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders over £50 will be sent out Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed at no extra cost to the customer (excluding PO Box addresses which will be delivered as standard Royal Mail 1st Class).
Please make sure to enter your delivery address correctly on our website, otherwise your parcel may be returned to us and we will need to charge for redelivery.
We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days. We’re here to help so please contact us if you need urgent dispatch.
Your parcel will be shipped by First Class Royal Mail. First Class post should arrive approximately 1 to 2 days after dispatch.
Orders over £50 will be shipped by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service. These items will be tracked and will require a signature upon delivery (excluding PO Box addresses which will be delivered as standard Royal Mail 1st Class).
Items sent to UK Islands, Scottish Highlands and other remote areas may take longer for delivery so please allow for this when placing an order.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Please note the last recommended posting date for Christmas delivery by Royal Mail 1st class is Friday 21st December 2018 so please ensure that orders are placed before midnight on Thursday 20th December for the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery.
We really hope that you will love your items. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned to us, in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. Please wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending it back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.
